Courses
costs are in Cuban Convertibles Currency, CUC. We recommend
you to use Euros, €. (1CUC=1.20US$)

Our Spanish courses are offered twelve months a year,
starting on the first Monday of each month.

I. Spanish
Levels: Beginners, Intermediates, Advanced
Course of 20 hours: $100.00 CUC
Course of 40 hours: $200.00 CUC
Course of 60 hours: $240.00 CUC
Course of 80 hours: $300.00 CUC
II. Upgrade Course
Course of 80 hours: $360.00 CUC
III. Cuban Culture
Course of 60 hours: $360.00 CUC
IV. Spanish and Cuban Culture
Course of 320 hours: $960.00 CUC
Course of 480 hours: $1392.00 CUC
V. Commercial Spanish
Course of 40 hours: $180.00 CUC
Course of 60 hours: $270.00 CUC
VI. Intensive Course Spanish
Course of 512 hours: $1798.00 CUC
Lessons are given Monday to Friday.
One lesson hour equals 45 minutes.
The classes are held in the Varona´s building at the
University.
Registration is required for each class and a placement
test is given to ensure proper placement in a group so it
in important that you can show your knowledge of the Spanish
language.
Changes can only be made within the first three days after
the course has started. To do so, the authorizations of the
Head of the Department and your Professor are required.
To receive your participation certificate on completion of
each course you require an attendance of at least 80 %

Cash CUC
Full payment must be made within the First three days of
each course.
The course in Cuban Culture is only offered every second
month.

The students arriving to Havana University for Spanish
Courses, Postgraduate Courses and other type of courses,
can arrive to Cuba with Tourist Visa for 30 days if you
travel for Universitur Agency.
This
agency offer ACCOMODATION with promotional price in Hotels
near from the University.
Another students traveling not for the Universitur Agency
and the students from United States of America must follow
the rules explained in Immigration Requirements.
