DAMASCUS, (SANA)-

 Member Regional Leadership of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party  (BASP) Osama Adi reviewed Sunday with delegation of the Cuban-Arab Friendship Association headed by Dr. Rodrigo José ءlvarez Cambras relations of cooperation between the two friendly countries and means of boosting and developing them to serve their common issues and interests.

 Adi pointed out to the history of the bilateral relations between the two countries and between BASP and Cuban Communist Party, indicating to issues of the Middle East and  to the genocide perpetrated by Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.

For his part, Dr. Alvarez Cambras underlined that the standing relations of friendship between the two countries has become more strong due to the desire and will of two the friendly peoples, asserting Cuba's standing by Syria and the Palestinian people against occupation and hegemony forces.
